BRAY, 12 October 2025: Data Edge, Ireland’s most experienced network optimisation and application performance management specialist, today announces the appointment of Sarun Shaji John as IT Support and Telecommunications Engineer.
In his new role, Sarun is working closely with customers, leading industry vendors, and internal teams at Data Edge to design and implement cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises IT solutions. He has joined Data Edge’s Broadcom support team, managing customer deployments across Broadcom’s solutions including network event management, performance management, and application service assurance solutions.
In addition, Sarun provides ongoing client support for Microchip’s TimePictra synchronisation management and timing solution, and is responsible for managing the Data Edge network test lab. He also guides customers through complex system integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
Prior to joining Data Edge, Sarun spent two years as a Cloud Engineer at cloud infrastructure specialist Scaleios Private in Kerala, India. Before this, he was a Service Desk Consultant at Flytxt Solutions, a provider of intelligent customer engagement solutions.
Sarun holds an MBA in Cloud Computing from Dublin Business School.
